Deposit,
Cancellation and Minimum Stay Policy for Villas with Pool :
• Minimum 3 night stay is
required for May, June, September and 7 night stay is required for July
& August
• Deposit policy for May, June &
September: 25% of the total stay upon confirmation
• Deposit policy for July &
August: 50% of the total stay, non refundable, in order to book and
confirm
• Cancellation policy for the months of
May, June & September: In case the reservation is cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival 25% of the reservation
will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Cancellation policy for the months of
July & August: In case the reservation is cancelled less than
21 days prior to arrival 100% of the reservation will be
charged as cancellation fee.
• No Show policy: 100% of the reservation
will be charged
• Early Departure policy: 50% of the
remaining stay will be charged
• Early Departure policy during July
& August: 100% of the remaining stay will be charged
