Studios: Suitable for 1-3 persons (there is also a studio for 1-4 persons). One space room with a bedroom with 2 single beds (connected) and a living room with a sofa that becomes a single bed. The room also includes toilet, refrigerator, kitchenette, air-condition and LCD digital TV. All studios are at the ground floor and they have a private balcony with pool view.

Apartments Type A: Suitable for 1-4 persons. 2-room apartment with a private bedroom with 2 single beds (connected) and a living room with 2 sofas that become 2 single beds. The apartment also includes toilet, refrigerator, kitchenette, air-condition and LCD digital TV. Some of the Apartments -Type A are at the ground floor and the rest are at the 1st floor. They all have a private balcony with pool view.

Apartments Type B (Maisonettes): Suitable for 1-4 persons. Maizonettes are divided into 2 floors. Villa Kazazis is located in a very quite place 100 m away from the main road of Lygia village in Lefkas and 200 m away from the local beach of Lygia. Lygia is only 5 kilometers away from the town of Lefkas, and even though it is almost a suburb of Lefkas town, this area has recently developed into a self-contained village.
