Fos Villa (6-8 people) The residence (180 m2), is built on two levels and has a ground floor and a first floor.
Internally they communicate via wooden staircase but they can also function independently via the exterior entries on each level. All the rooms have large wooden French windows as well as windows with double panes and screens.
The first level floor is traditionally wooden and the ceilings are supported by visible wooden trunks of pines and cypresses.
On the ground level the floor is set with marble and the ceilings are the traditional Lefkas island white wood. The paint and plastering selected for the walls and the ceilings are based on natural materials that allow the underlying wall elements to breathe. Their soothing colors add to the serene atmosphere.
On the first level there is a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom with en- suite bathroom. The living room is spacious with an exceptional view and has a large couch (seats 5) manufactured with ecological materials that can be changed into a comfortable bed (0,90 x 2,40m) as well an armchair which also be changed into bed (0,90 x 2,00m), a traditional black iron wood stove, TV, DVD and CD player. - The residence has its own rectangle swimming pool, dimensions 4 x 10m, 0,80 to 1,6 m deep with steps, with a 100sp.m lounge area with deck chairs and umbrellas around the pool. There are more outdoor lounges, BBQ and parking space in front of the residence.
- There is air-conditioning in every room, however the excellent microclimatic conditions of the region, the summer breeze and the local winds, in combination with the orientation of the house and the arrangement of the exterior openings ensure natural cooling even during the hot summer days and render air-conditioning unnecessary.

Geofos Villa (8 people)
It is a 230 m2 stone residence with traditional architecture, and is situated in a privately owned verdant extent of eight acres and at a straight distance of seven hundred meters from the sea.
The residence is built with natural materials and local stone, in the traditional manner.
The two levels are connected by an indoor wooden staircase, but both have independent access through the courtyard. All the rooms are surrounded by large stone verandas and all have a view to the sea and the islands of Ithaca and Cephalonia, as well as a number of smaller ones.
It includes five double bedrooms, one large living and dining room, a kitchen fully equipped, a kitchenette with a small dining place and three bathrooms one with Jacuzzi. On the first level there is the living room with a fireplace, lounge and dining room, three double bedrooms, cooking and dining spaces and a bathroom. On the second level there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one is en suite to a bedroom with Jacuzzi, and a kitchenette with a dining area for four persons. The first level has wooden floors and the remaining space has “cotto” tiled floors.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes, light fixtures and double beds with mattresses made of natural metal-free materials, iron and ironing board. The country style furniture is made of oak and pinewood. The kitchen is completely equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and laundry machine. In the living room there are, fireplace, television, DVD and CD players.
By the residence there is a 4 x 10 m rectangular swimming pool, 0.80 to 1.6 m deep with steps, and a 100 m2 lounge area with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The villa is surrounded by a 400m2 verandas.
