Overview
Villa Anni is a modern residence of 110m2 with three bedrooms. The distinctiveness of the villa in comparison to the other two residences is that it has on its last level a very spacious and romantic attic. Moreover, the villa has a large garden and a private swimming pool. On the ground floor is the sitting room is fully equipped with A/C unit , a cable TV , a DV- player and a HI -FI sound system. The extremely utilitarian kitchen is in perfect harmony with the rest of the residence and has all the essential equipment in order to satisfy any need the quests may have during the day. In addition, it provides all essential apparatus for preparing breakfast such a boiler, a toaster and a coffee pot. On the same area of the house is a bathroom with a shower bath.
On the next level of the residence are two bedrooms with a single bed on each in addition to two very large patios. On this level we have the main bathroom with a washing machine and a hair -drier. On the last level of the residence is the wonderful attic decorated with the outmost care with a King - size bed.
