Blue towels are available in your room for use at the swimming pool and for the beach. For your convenience clean towels are available at the gym when you return the used ones. Replacement is available between 11:00 and 13:00. The towels are also available to purchase.

*Please note loss or damage of the towel will incur a €20 charge .

8. Check out

Check out time is 12:00.  Please contact reception to confirm your exact check out time and for assistance with your luggage.  Please note there may be a charge for late check out.

Binding Term : Upon arrival each guest will receive a hotel card from reception, which he/she should always have with him/her during the stay, so that he/she is able to enjoy the Ultra “all-inclusive” services. Children will receive an antiallergeic wristband, which they should also wear throughout their stay, for the same purpose.
