Single Occupancy Reduction does not apply to Suite, Bungalows and Villa
Accommodation
Notes: American Breakfast : Euro 35 per person, per day. Continental
Breakfast: Euro 25 per person, per day.
Free Sun beds and Umbrellas at the Beach and free use of the changing
cabins. Rooms with swimming pool : an additional charge of
15% daily on the relative room category will be applied for pool
heating.
For Palace Villa heating of pool is included in price.
Additional Conditions: 1) Kindly note that there will be a supplement for festive
food meals (during Christmas, New Year's Easter e.t.c)
2) During bellow mentioned periods a minimum stay of 3 nights
applies and single occupancy reductions are not applied: 27/02-02/03/2009, 17-20/04/2009,
30/4-02/05/2009, 05-08/06/2009, 23-26/12/2009.
3) During Period 1-17/08/2009 a
minimum stay of 4 overnights is required
and Single Occupancy reductions shall not apply.
4) During Weekends (Fri-Sat) and Bank Holidays, Single Occupancy
reductions shall not apply.
5) During Weekends (Fri-Sat) for Period March to
October: a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
Payment Policy: Kindly note that a deposit of 50% of the total
amount is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made within 10 days in Period A+B
results in 50% of the total amount
Any cancellation made within 20 days in Period C results in 50% of the
total amount
Any cancellation made within 25 days in Period D results in 50% of the
total amount
In the event of a no show 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.
In case of an early departure the full remain of the stay will be
charged.
