The Greek cuisine Greek cuisine, besides being unique, is a very “transparent” cuisine, were the quality of the ingredients and every little difference in the way of preparation offers a totally different taste. In “Barbarossa Restaurant” all ingredients are carefully selected and controlled, produced in traditional or organic farms, where crops are cultivated without chemicals. Meat is from Tinos Island, fresh fish and sea food are from Mycenaean Sea, all vegetables and fruits are organic, and everything is served with pure Cretan olive oil. Local delicacies will offer you a fine dining experience.
