There’s no doubt that the Aquila Rithymna Beach has one of the finest selections of drinking and dining venues in all the Grecotels. Not only has it won numerous guest awards, this hotel has also been presented with the Fourchette d’Or and is one of only seven Chaine des Rotisseurs restaurants in Greece.

  • Loggia Lounge Bar:Nikos and his team prepare tropical cocktails and local drinks. Enjoy a pre-dinner ouzo or while away the evening on the veranda overlooking the sparkling sea.
  • Great Hellas: Greek Kafeneion in the Cretan Village square serves traditional Greek drinks and ‘mezes’.
  • The Rimondi:cafeteria/brasserie is opened until 18:00 for a late breakfast, refreshing drink or light meal.

Rithymna Main Restaurant Open for breakfast and dinner with delicious Greek and international specialities. Starters, soup, salads and desserts are found on the extensive buffets whilst a choice of main courses and drinks are waiter service. All fresh salads & vegetables are 100% organic grown.

Taverna Mournies Sit under the shade of the mulberry trees overlooking the tropical pool and enjoy an a la carte lunch or take part in the regular special theme nights (Cretan Evening, Lobster Dinner, Fish Festival etc.) whilst enjoying the live entertainment.

Ancient Eleftherna This exclusive restaurant tempt even the most gourmet palate with Cretan & Greek specialities. The sublime recipes are prepared using the organic vegetables and produce.

Laguna Self Service For a more informal lunch, visit the Laguna Restaurant by the indoor pool. A vast selection of salads, hot & cold starters and main courses, desserts, fruit and drinks are displayed for your personal selection.
