Thank you for your e-mail.  I am most thankful for your assistance.  Your organization was quick to respond to my initial e-mail, with all the requested information in detail.  Your company has only shown professionalism.  However, it was my error.  I had intended by the request of the client to work directly with the hotel.  I did not know that I had initial contacted a third-party.  Thus, I apologize for taking the time of your agent.
 
However, the bright side... I have intoduced to your organization and I look forward to again contacting you for appropriate requests.

First of all I need to tell you that I'm really surprised by your reply . You are really great, the great team I ever had the pleasure to "meet". Congratullations!

I mention that it's not your fault with my cancellation. The fact it's that because of my work I can not have a vacation this summer. But when I'll have the time , will be a pleasure for me to ask for your services.
