Xenia Restaurant
Furniture selections, decorative hues, modern materials that refer to other eras, an architectural design that recalls images of the ’60s.

The main restaurant of the ELIVI Xenia Hotel has been designed based on elements and lines of the old Xenia.

Tables, chairs, small yet essential details, create the feeling of another decade when time seemed to go by more slowly but perhaps more enjoyably so.

The Xenia Restaurant ambience wishes to travel guests in time, while its dishes want to bring back those simple combinations which fascinated our palate when our experienced grandmothers were in charge of the cooking.

Our guests can start their day by having their breakfast from a generous buffet and enjoy an à la carte lunch and dinner. A place one can visit every day, all day long, with many different menu suggestions, full of scents and flavors that evokes memories and revives images of Greece.

The philosophy behind the various menus was based on the Mediterranean diet, ingredients, variations and combinations thereof.

Leda & the Swan Restaurant
GREEK TRADITIONAL CUISINE AND MEDITERRANEAN FLAVORS
The source of inspiration for our fine dining restaurant was the famous 2nd century BC. mosaic depicting Leda and the Swan (Jupiter) from Greek mythology and the black swan that appears every day at Ambelakia beach right in front of the hotel.

Leda and the Swan restaurant sets new gourmet limits by using the international cuisine as a basis for its dishes while enriching each one with a touch of Greek inspiration. The restaurant area is differentiated from the retro mood present in the entire hotel. It is more sophisticated, with apparent luxury in its minimal and lavish selection of tables, chairs and tableware.

Skiathos was inhabited, loved and blessed by the gods and people. Excavation works in search for remnants of its historical periods are continuous, while many of those found are considered as great exhibits for the visitor.

Among other landmarks, the island’s fortress, the Castle still standing after centuries (it was built in the 14th century and abandoned in 1830 with the establishment of the Greek state) and Bourtzi with few remnants of the walls that protected the island (1207) which still welcomes visitors arriving from the sea.
