Overview

The "Orloff" is a genuine, historic Hydra mansion, turned to an A' class hotel. It has all characteristics of the traditional architecture of Hydra: thick walls, hidden interior courtyards and a beautiful garden. The house was built by the admiral G.Orloff in 1798, and has been lovingly restored to Hydra's finest and most characteristic hotel.

Interiors are authentic and unpretentious. It is the outcome of a harmonious blend of old family elements with soft updating touches, always in respect to tradition and authenticity. Authenticity is alive everywhere: from architectural elements, to embroidered white linen curtains. Antique pieces have been carefully restored by traditional craftsmen, while interiors are completed with lamps, mirrors, carpets which give a touch of cozy elegance.
