Lucked out with a room on the top floor with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the castles above the town. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Coffee, water, and fruit was provided free of charge. Ok, its not a 5 star hotel - the room was poorly lit, people were smoking inside, there was no elevator to the upper floors.....but for the money it was one of the better hotels Ive stayed in. Strongly recommended.
