Kookis Villas are located 150m from the beach in the pretty fishing village of Keri Lake on the south west coast of Zakynthos.

The traditional village of Keri is renowned for its rich cultural values and traditional folk singing and offers a real insight into the Greek way of life. Kookis Villas beautifully combines traditional architecture with modern conveniences and set in stunning landscaped gardens the luxurious villas all have their own private swimming pools offering relaxing holidays ideal for families and couples.

The complex consists of seven individual two storey villas and a main building with reception area and snack bar. 

There are two types of villa available for either 4 persons or 5-6 persons. 
The villas consist of one or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, juicer, mixer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and microwave oven; sitting room with open fireplace, satellite TV, air-conditioning; private bathroom with bath. 

Each villa is supplied with a welcome hamper on arrival and toiletries, slippers and beach towels are also provided.

The complex offers room service and you can arrange for breakfast, lunch and dinner to be served in your villa.All visitors to Kookis Villas can expect a high level of service, politeness and superb facilities including free transfers to and from the airport, internet and fax services, air-conditioning, satellite tv, safety deposit boxes, DVD player, swimming pools, snack bar, reception area and much more to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Our quests will enjoy a full GREEK BREAKFAST each morning during their stay which is served by room service in their villa.Our seasonal menu includes a variety of favorite dishes including: Homemade breads , warm Bougatsa a flaky cream pastry topped with cinnamon, fresh seasonal fruit,yogurt and homemade jams, fresh eggs bacon,freshly squeezed orange juice Our dinner menus are based on the traditional home cooking cuisine of Zakynthos and Greece.At the Kookis Village , tradition has been elevated to the next level.

This is a place to enjoy great food, quality Greek wines, hospitality and service. Dinner served also to your villa. Day and evening daily you can order sandwiches, salads, beverages and superb espresso and cappuccino from our bar. Breakfast and dinner taken seriously at Kookis Village but that doesn't mean we don't.....smile!!

The group consists of 8 newly built (2004-5) furnished residences with private pool, two types and a central building on the ground floor, which contains the reception area and bar.

Limni Keriou(Keri Lake), along with the beach and the port of Keri, are located 15 kilometers from the city of Zakynthos(Zante) on a verdant mountain bank. The area is called Limni Keriou (Keri Lake) because of the lake that was there and which has now been drained. In the gulf of Keri there is the beach and the island and today besides the fishing boats of the area and the little boats that carry out excursions, the little port is considered ideal for welcoming vessels as well.
