Exteriors
In the shared garden there is sitting area with table and barbeque. All studios and apartments have balconies, terraces or patios at exterior sides of the building, which allow sitting out, either basking under the sun or following the shades. All are equipped with tables and chairs for dining out round the pool.

Interiors
The accommodations are light and airy.
Furnishing and decor are simple, modern and of good quality.
All studios and apartments comprise comfortable beds (twins or doubles) with bed side tables and lights, dressing tables, wooden wardrobes, fully equipped kitchenettes and dinner table with chairs for dining inside.
Floors are covered with cool ceramic tiles.
The en-suite modern baths are fully tiled with shower, basin and WC. They don’t have a bath tub.

Kitchenettes
All kitchenettes are fitted made out of wood. They are fully equipped with
small fridge, 2 cooking rings, sink, cupboards, toasters, electric hot water and utensils.
All apartments – studios have dinner tables with chairs both inside and outside.

Studios & Apartment Types :

• Family Apartment – Suite two bedrooms & Living Room (3rd Floor)  : It is on the top of the house, on 4rth floor. Separated bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, other with two separated beds. Spacious living/ small kitchen fully equipment, with two sofa beds which can be converted into  beds. En suite shower/ WC. It can accommodate 2-6 persons. Spacious front south-east-west terrace facing south east and west  with  dinner table and fantastic sea  views all around.

• Family Apartments – One bedroom & Living Room (1st Floor – No: 2-3-4) : It is on the front side, on the second floor. Separated bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Spacious living/ small kitchen fully equipment, with two sofa beds which can be converted into beds. En suite shower/ WC. It can accommodate 2-4 persons mainly children. Spacious front south terrace facing south east and west with dinner table and fantastic sea views.
• Studios Side – Small Balcony (1st or 2nd Floor – No: 1-2-5-6) :At the bank- side of the house located. Open plan with twin beds, small kitchenette fully equipment, a-suite shower/ WC. It can accommodate 2-3 persons and a child in bed sofa or extra bed plus. Private small balcony with sea view, facing east-south or west. Fully furnished.
• Superior Studios (2nd Floor – No: 7-8-9) : Open plan with twin beds or one of them with double bed, kitchenette fully equipment, an-suite shower/ WC. It can accommodate 2-3 persons or a child in extra bed. The private veranda, one facing southeast and the other west. These are the three studios on the third floor and therefore offers best sea view from the big front than the others, therefore offers more privacy than the others.
• Small Studios – Big Veranda (Ground Floor) :At the front side of the building in the first floor. Open plan with twin beds, small kitchenette fully equipments, en-suite shower/ WC. It can accommodate 2 plus one child persons, private balconies with sea views, one facing south. The studios are smaller from other, but these have same decoration.

This is the lovely small beach of Trapezaki, far 900m of the apartments – studios. Clear shallow water and small shadows from the trees. It is very quiet.
The hill is surrounded by pines that give pleasant moments of relaxation. On the top of the hill there is a small church Lourdas Gulf.
Trapezaki beach is connected with Lourdas beach with distance about 3km.
There are two ways entrance for the beaches, one from Trapezaki and the other from Lourdas beach. There are some ways to go by walking.

The Apartments – Studios are quietly located in a huge, steep land with lots of trees, above Trapezaki beach in the south centre of Island. The green natural surroundings, the uninterrupted views to the Ionian Sea and the  beach below and all round combine to make this a unique spot; something often to find on Kefalonia.

Facing west, south and east all the accommodations enjoy scenery views to the neighbouring island of Zante and dramatic sunsets.
The small village of Mousata, is only 250m away with market, bakery shop and tavern. Poros harbour is 32km; Argostoli town Capital 12 km, town and harbour call Sami 35 km.

The main road and bus stop to the town is at the top of the Village, there is bus service every day morning for town Argostoli and vary in the other hours.
We recommend that a own your car or rent car services per day is necessary to explore the island. The quiet sandy beach Trapezaki nearest is less than 900 meters in good road.
