Hotel is composed of two buildings Block A and Block B that are built in the traditional Corfiot style.
Block A consists of 14 studios located on the ground floor. These studios are designed for 2 or 3 people. All of the studios have a large veranda. Rooms number 8,9,10,11,12 overlook the pool, while the rooms number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,13,14 have a garden view.
On the first floor of Block A, there is only one studio located (for 2 persons) – room number 21 with a private balcony overlooking the olive grow. Other rooms on the first floor are two-bedrooms apartments for 4 or 5 person (rooms number: 15,16,17,18,19,20) All of the rooms have large veranda overlooking the pool.
On the second floor of the building there are next 6 apartments designed for 4 or 5 person (rooms number: 22,23,24,25,26,27) These rooms have private balconies overlooking the pool. Apartment number 27 has an additional balcony overlooking the sea.
There is a reception area and bar / restaurant on the ground floor of the Block B. On the other side of building, on the ground floor there are 2 studios for two (rooms number 36,37) with verandas overlooking the garden. In Block B is located also an apartment number 38 overlooking the pool.
On the first floor of Block B there are 6 studios for 2 people (number 30,31,32,33,34,35) with private balconies overlooking the garden. Requests for specific hotel rooms and accommodation are accepted but not guaranteed. We are a small Hotel and making sincere efforts to equally satisfy our visitors' requests without discriminating between clients.
ROOMS:
There are 2 types of accommodation:
Studios sleeping from 2 to 3 people and Apartments sleeping from 4 to 5 people. Studios consist of one room, have a kitchenette on the site and a bathroom with shower. Studios have a double bed or twin beds.
Apartments consist of two separate bedrooms, separate kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchenette provides the necessary cutlery as well as toaster, kettle, fridge and 2 ringed cooker.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and they have safe deposit box (extra charge payable locally). Katia Hotel offers you daily cleaning service (except Sundays) and change of bed linen and towels 2 times per week.
There is the possibility of more frequent changes of linen, if the guests wish it. This fact should be reported to the reception desk. For all kinds of additional services is charged a minimum fee just to cover the cost of services.
