The two large villas are able to accommodate as many as 7-10 people.  The smaller villa sleeps 4-5 guests. Each villa has it’s own pool and extensive exterior gardens, outdoor dining and lounge areas, all offering magical sea views.  The villas may be booked individually or as a whole exclusively for groups up to 25 people.

The port of Igoumenitsa is 25 kilometres from Sivota and has daily crossing to the Italian ports of Brindisi, Bari, Ancona and Venice. Arrival by plane would be either from Aktio/Preveza, Corfu or Ioannina.
