The lobby bar of the hotel is equipped with large flat screen TV of the type TFT-LCD (with satellite dish connection) where you can follow your favorite TV shows or sports events with your friends enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink along with a snack from our chef, from morning until midnight.

Spread into 3 floors the 104 rooms of the building are separated into the superior and classic categories. There are 39 superior rooms all which have been recently refurbished. The other 31 rooms also renovated have mountain view. Classic rooms are found on the rear of the hotel - the additional calmness makes up for the subordinate view.

You will find the HOTEL BYZANTIO at the end of Egnatias motorway from the Athens-Ionnina direction. We are situated at the cities’ entrance and just a walking distance away from the center of Ioannina. Our guest’s benefits from ample parking space at our hotel. Some of the most popular destinations of Epirus are just a drive away. The ski resort Metsovo, the unique Zagorohoria are just a 40-minute drive away from the HOTEL BYZANTIO. Additionally, the main artery to Italy, Igoumenitsa is a 30-minute drive away from us.
