Peters Studios and Apartments and the Kool Pool are well established since 1995, they are owned and run by Peter. Located in the centre of Kardamena, the Kool Pool is a popular and lively place that has many regular visitors and families who come back for sunshine, hospitality and relaxation year after year.The swimming pool and bar were built in 1995. The use of our pool is free to all Peters Kool Pool guests and to the public and is open from morning until night, however the pool has to be vacated by the early evening so it can be serviced for the next day. There are plenty of free sunbeds surrounding our well maintained clear blue pool, our water is sourced from a natural spring and is tested daily. It is one of the largest pools in the village and has a smaller pool for the kids with a slide.Peters Kool Pool Studios and Apartments are central in Kardamena and are a 200 metre walk from the main road. We are a reasonably priced, ten minute taxi ride from the airport and in a two minute walk you can reach the main square, bars, restaurants, shops and harbour.

Our full pool bar has helpful staff and provides good food and drink from morning until night and offers a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We have a large menu offering breakfasts, omelettes, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, jacket potatoes and much more. Beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks all available. We have a variety of cocktails on offer, including a few of Peters own inventions!

Peters apartments were built in 2000 and are situated directly behind the pool. Our rooms are basic, clean and are self catering. We have rooms of all sizes which include studios for two and three people and larger apartments for four to five people.

The apartments are basic, clean and well appointed and offer everything you will need to enjoy a self catering holiday, have the freedom to eat when you want and dont be tied down to a hotels restaurant schedule. Each room has a kitchette consisting of fridge, kettle, 2 ring table top cooker, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Every room is a good size and has either one or two balconies, some of our rooms are front facing and over look the swimming pool. You can make a request to have a front facing room, however we can not guarantee we'll be able manage this.

Air conditioning and safe boxes are also provided in the room and can be hired for a small extra cost from our reception. Wether its to cool you down in the hot hot heat of July or to warm you up on those chillier October nights, you can pay to have air conditioning from the moment you arrive. Kardamena is relatively crime free but we urge everyone to take sensible procautions e.g by making sure you lock doors when you go out and by hiring a safe box. We also have bigger safe boxes available to hire in reception for any of your larger items.

We have studios to accommodate couples, groups of three people and we have family apartments for four to five people. We can also provide free cots for our younger guests. We also have camp beds available if required.
