The Helios House is an elegant 2-storey villa. Built in 2008 in a traditional style mixing stone and white elements, it shares the same plot of land with 3 more houses in a quiet area of Faros, located about 2.5 km from the beach of Faros and 5 km from the center of Apollonia.

The complex is situated on a hillside overlooking the harbor lighthouse in the southern part of the island with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea; in front of the house you can see the bay of Faros with the cape of Fasolou and the church of Chrysopigi and the islands of Poliegos, Milos, Folegandros, Sikinos and Ios. It is located in a great location for guests seeking genuine "peace of mind."

There is a swimming pool just in front of the building, shared by 3 more houses in the complex, while the building has 2 private parking spaces.

Helios House’s size is about 120 m2, built in two levels with an interior staircase, suitable for up to 6 persons. With exquisite décor, atmospheric lights and some Italian-made furniture, the house offers comfort and luxury to its guests.

On the upper floor there is a large open plan living room with sofa bed, TV screen, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a WC with shower.

From the living room there is access to a private pergola-shaded veranda, furnished with rattan sofa beds, marble table and wooden chairs, which offers panoramic view to the Aegean Sea and the pool.

On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of the rooms has its own bathroom with shower. There is an additional large bathroom while guests may also take advantage of the storage room that is equipped with a washing machine.

Both rooms lead to the large ground sea view terrace where the pool is, furnished with sun beds.

Air conditioning units are available on the first floor as well as both bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi Internet is accessible throughout the premises.
