Each house is 85 m2, each equipped with one A/C unit in the living room, it is in essence redundant as the whole house is a stone wall construction with 50-60 cm thick walls providing naturally cool and comfortable interior temperatures. Each house is consisted of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with A/C, TV, and two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and kettle, one bathroom and a washing machine.

They are both surrounded by spacious verandas, offering distant sea view as well as panoramic view of the surrounding villages and landscape.

Each house is suitable for up to 6 persons. The 5th & 6th persons sleep on sofa beds in the living room.
