Newly built, but traditionally furnished, the 4 Studios, each 45 m2 next to each other, can accommodate 2 - 4 guests. Every Studio is furnished with antiques. All the Studios include Bedroom, Living Room, Shower, Mini Bar, Fridge and a large Veranda with sea view and from where you can enjoy the Sunset.

There is a Daily Room Cleaning Service, ( towels and linen change every two days), Room Service available and private Parking.

Ether Traditional Guest Houses are located in the beautiful traditional village of Oia on the way to Ammoudi Port, 150 metres from the center of Oia. It is a very nice spot with a multilevel outside area and an enchanting view of the sunset of which Oia is so famous. The nearest Beach is 1 km away, because the complex is situated on a cliff.

Being at the extreme north of Oia, the resort has more than 270 degrees of panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, overlooking the islands of Thirassia, Sikinos, Folegandros, Ios, Naxos, etc.
