The Caldera Restaurant in located just across the street at our sister hotel the Volcano View. Guests of the De Sol are welcomed to enjoy one of the best restaurants of the island known for its excellent cuisine and stunning view. The Caldera Restaurant offers a treat for every taste with fine international cuisine. However, the restaurant is mostly noted for its Greek and international specialties. Its location offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the caldera of Santorini along with the most amazing sunsets on the island.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing à la carte meal that includes Greek appetizers, fresh fish and seafood from the local market, various selections of meat dishes, delicious sweets and the well known worldwide wines of Santorini.
The restaurant serves daily breakfast buffet from 7.30 am until 10:00 am and sumptuous meals from 13.00 - 22:00.
CAFÉ BAR
The CAFÉ BAR is located in the à la carte restaurant Caldera and offers light meals and snacks, wines, spirits, refreshing juices, cool cocktails and coffees. In a relaxed atmosphere which operates during restaurant hours. Enjoy refreshments with the wide jaw-dropping views of the caldera, the volcano and of course the deep blue sea.
HARBOUR WATCH BAR – POOL BAR
A family pool bar which is located next to the second pool on the lower level of the Volcano View Resort. In the Harbour Watch Bar you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack during your swim. Overlooking the port of Athenios, where ferries dock and cruise ships anchor during the summer months, make it the ideal place to enjoy an active view of the ships in motion while sipping on a cool cocktail.
