It is constituted of 10 spacious rooms ( 2 rooms can also become triple) and also 1 apartment. All rooms have air-conditioning, television, refrigerator, WC-shower, kettle while the apartment is constituted of 2 rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Exists connection with Internet.

The complex Villa Maryelen is located 50 metres from the beach of Pollonia and 100 metres from the centre of the same village where one can find many fish-taverns, a bakery shop and mini-market.

The distance from the harbour is 9 km and 10km from the airport. There is also a bus stop at 100 metres away from the complex.
