Milos is accompanied with natural beauty, relaxing and amazing landscape of pure vivid photography. This is the reason why Katerina Kairi with her husband Aris decided to build their house in Pollonia. They came for vacations before 2000, they adored Milos and thus they created bonds of life. They built Pollonia Studios in 2001 in order to offer the authentic hospitality they wanted for them. They renovated Pollonia Studios in 2014 as a luxurious, comfortable, new and relaxing spot for demanding guests.
When you arrive you have in front of your eyes Pollonia bay with its small port that even in the night creates a beautiful relaxing and romantic atmosphere with the lights of the village life at the port, viewing the sea until Kimolos. Make your moments unforgettable and carry your best experience feeling when leaving!

Reception is at your disposal from 8am until 9pm to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.

We offer you coffee every morning and provide any service you wish for activities or transportation.

You need to rent a motto or a car, to make a reservation for boat tour around the island, diving, restaurants, whatever you wish and is provided as a facility to explore Milos we can arrange it for you even before you arrive to Pollonia Studios.

Un example is the rental waiting for you at the port or airport or a transfer (in low prices) towards Pollonia.

DOUBLE STUDIO

The double studio is comfortable and luxurious and the best for a couple to enjoy its private moments, kitchenette fully equipped, double bed, air-conditioning, bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, terrace or balcony with partial sea view, best sunset view and totally quiet free Wi-Fi. The sea is only 20 meters away from the studio and you can reach the center of the village (where all the restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, shops are located) only by walking 5 minutes. The double studio is located on the first floor.

TRIPLE STUDIO

Triple studios are located either on the first floor or on the ground floor, the one of the first floor viewing directly from the bed to sea and the lights of the fishing port, the one on the ground floor has the same bed view to Pollonia bay. With kitchenette fully equipped, single sofa beds, double beds, air-conditioning, bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, terrace or balcony with sea view, free Wi-Fi. The two bedroom apartment is decorated in the traditional Cycladic style, it has all comforts, air-conditioning, hair dryer, TV, free Wi-Fi, it is spacious, it has two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds-all the beds have orthopedic mattresses), two bathrooms one en suite and another in the front bedroom, a kitchenette fully equipped. Located on the ground floor, opens to a private terrace that offers port views and leads to the beach with a private path. It is just 20 metres from the beach.

Milos is a volcanic island in the southwest of the Cyclades. The island has 67 beaches. Inhabited since prehistoric times, and has given and still gives Mining significant wealth.

Has a horseshoe shape and the surface is estimated to 151 square kilometers.

Milos belongs to the network NATURA 2000. The southwestern side of the island is a marine habitat of the monk seal while the western part is the land of the red viper. The island has two inactive volcanoes. The volcano Firiplaka at the central southern part of the island with spectacular crater and the volcano Trachilas at the north of the island.
