The residence comprises 7 studios (25 - 30 m2) two of which are superior studios of bigger size and on two levels. Each studio is located on the ground floor with independent entrance, a private large veranda with view to the sea and the garden, kitchenette and bathroom. Accommodation for 2 persons in queen or twin bed or for 3 persons in queen and single bed.
Suite
Suite (50 m2) on two levels with independent entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. Located on the first floor, it boasts two large verandas with sea view, one facing east and the other facing west. It consists of one bedroom with queen size bed and open living room with two built-in sofas convertible into single beds.

Apartment
The apartment (55 m2) is a detached house located on ground floor with 2 autonomous bedrooms with inter-connecting soundproof door. One bedroom has a double bed, sofa, own bathroom and veranda facing east with sea view. The other bedroom has twin beds, own bathroom, kitchenette and veranda facing west and garden view. Each bedroom has an independent entrance. Sleeps 4-5

Kostantakis Residence is situated in the fishing village Pollonia, just 250m from the sandy beach "Polychronis" and 400m from the center of the village and the main beach of Pollonia.
In Pollonia you will find amenities like crystal blue waters, clean sandy beaches and a peaceful surrounding, taverns, restaurants and coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and a safe children playground with basketball and beach volley courts. Sport lovers will find excellent conditions for windsurfing and sea kayaking. You may enjoy the beauties of the underwater world at the close by diving center.
From the port of Pollonia you can take daily trips to the nearby islands of Kimolos and Polyegos.
