Captain Zeppos boutique suites, founded in 2004, is a family-run business. Our vision from the very beginning was to have the ideal atmosphere for what we consider to be one of life's most precious things: holidays. 
It is always our concern to respect your individual needs, to create a friendly and comfortable environment, with comfort and elegance.
Our suites, as well as the recently refurbished home (2016), combine the beauty and character of Aegean and Cycladic architecture with modern comforts and discreet luxury. We always assumed that hospitality always implies the opportunity to enjoy great food at Captain Zeppos. We mean all the main courses such as breakfast , lunch and dinner as well as all the medium little snacks using the word food. That is why we give you a welcome basket with plenty of snacks, coffees and breakfast items at the beginning of your stay.You can find great Greek taverns in Pollonia village and within walking distance that reflect the Mediterranean cuisine, fruit stores and local bakery with great fresh breads every day. From the local market near the suites, you can also buy fresh fish and cook them on your own. You will have the opportunity to order the food you need at Captain Zeppos and have a chef to cook it.

The Blue suite is the superior suite of Captain Zeppo’s boutique suites. The decor is held in an elegant seaside style, with shades of blue,mirroring the colors of the Aegean. The 15 square meter balcony gives you the most breathtaking view of the spectacular Cycladic sea. Take a seat on the outdoor couch and relax! 
The suite, of 40 sq.m., with one bathroom, features sleeping and living areas in an open plan design and consists of one double bed and 1 sofa bed / couch while stairs leads you to the 2nd level with 2 single beds. The Green suite, a two bedroom apartment of 60 sq.m., creates an aura of peacefulness and serene shelter. The spacious balcony offers an endless view of the Aegean Sea. The hand crafted built-in sofas and bed reflect the characteristics of Cycladic style and simplicity. 
The suite is divided in 3 areas and combines the ideal place to feel at ease. Οne bedroom with a terrific view over the scenic port of Apollonia and an ensuite bathroom , a living room with 2 comfortable built-in sofas with a bathroom and wooden stairs leading you to the attic/loft to the 2nd bedroom.

Sunset Suite

The Sunset suite is our new born baby. As it is located on the top floor, it’s outdoor veranda of 25 sq.m. gives you the feeling of being on the bridge of a ship! That’s why some of our guests have named it the bridge suite. The outdoor space has a 360 degrees view with a kitchenette, fridge and barbeque. The amazing view of the village, kimolos island and the Cycladic sunset will inspire you! 
This sophisticated and refined suite of 40 sq.m. with hidden lighting and aesthetic features has the minimal design of black & white style. It consists of one room with a double bed and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and a second small room with 2 single beds. The ideal place to feel the air & light of the Aegean!

White Home

Accommodates up to 9-11 guests / Ground floor – 1 level / 2 Verandas with sea view

Our wonderful villa, of 120 sq.m. offers the ultimate bliss! The ideal place for families or group of friends. The interior, designed with great attention to detail, has carefully chosen hand-crafted accessories; built-in elements and wooden features; this simplicity of Cycladic style combines living comfort with carefree elegance! 
The 2 private verandas, 25 sq.m & 15 sq.m., offer the opportunity for privacy and total relaxation as well as wonderful views over the sea. You can also go for a swim right in front of the house or you can go for fishing in our dock. 
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with a single bed while in one of the bedrooms there are also 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The living room area could also be used as a sleeping area for it has 2 single sofa- beds. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a wc. We also have the possibility to extend the apartment from an adjourning hallway and provide another autonomous room-with a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom & wc. This room has it’s own separate entrance.

Pollonia or Apollonia is a picturesque fish village of 300 inhabitants, built around a pretty creek on the northeast edge of the island. Pollonia is the island’s second port after the port of Adamantas. Possibly, it was named after the temple of Apollo that existed on the Lighthouse of Pelekouda (on the left side of the settlement). The distance from Athamantas is 10 kilometres, and from Plaka 14 kiliometres. From there, there is transportation to Psathis which is the port of the neighboring island of Kimolos. Small boats, sea-taxis and ferry-boats transfer you from Pollonia to Kimolo within 30 minutes at the most. This settlement has a beach with a rich seaside, many rooms to let and hotels, as well as plenty of taverns, restaurants and island cafes that stretch up to the church of Saint Paraskevi at the settlement’s right end. In the pier that lies in front of the church, you can find the fishing boats of the locals coming every morning packed with fish, octopuses and lobsters; from there also tour boats set out for the Cave of Papafragas and for Glaronisia. On the left side of Pollonia lies the chapel of Saint Nikolas and Pelekouda which is a picturesque peninsula worth visiting as according to the tradition, the couple that sits on the small rock shaped as a chair that exists there, will be together forever. Finally, on the way to Pollonia, you will find the ruins of the ancient city of Fylakopi as well as the beaches of Mytakas, Agios Konstantinos, Papafragas and Kapros , while leaving the village heading south, you will reach Theioryheia (sulphur mines).
