Taste the local specialties cooked perfectly, with care and attention to every detail. From the balcony, you gaze at the deep blue sea of the Aegean and the bright sky, as you eat great home cooked meals with the finest local ingredients.
We grow our own seasonal ingredients organically in the orchards of the hotel, offering exquisite taste and fragrances. Zucchini and tomatoes, potatoes and onions, apricots and grapes, they all grow without added chemicals and allow us to prepare fabulous dishes of intense flavors and aromas. Homemade bread and local, free-range goat meat, extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves and hand-picked fava all compose the perfect menu.

The bread offered at the restaurant is homemade and mashed according to a traditional recipe that makes it really fragrant and tasty. The goat meat is always local and comes from goats raised in the countryside of Amorgos.
