The building, home of Russian nobles at the end of the 19th century, has been recently renovated (2010) into three separate double storied apartment-suites covering from 60m² to 80m² each.
The architecture of the past with stone wall detailing surrounded by wooden floors and ceilings is tastefully blended with modern elements and facilities one would expect to find in a modern house. Sea panorama suite
A luxurious and stylish 2 bed room 80 m² suite located at the top level of the residence, offering unobstructed views of the sea, the marina and the beautiful newly renovated beach promenade.
The ground floor divides into a spacious living/dining room coupled with a beautiful open plan kitchen. The balcony, restored in the traditional Cretan architecture, will surely set your mood for a late night drink in a romantic atmosphere. An interior staircase leads up to the upper level where you will find the bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with double beds.
Sea view Suite
A slightly smaller version of the Sea Panorama Suite sharing the same sea views and relaxed style is this 60 m² suite located in the middle level of the residence. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen coupled with a dining/living room and a spacious bathroom. Here you will also find a comfortable double bedroom with a private sea front balcony. An interior staircase from the living room leads up to a second bedroom with access to the roof garden.
Agora Suite
This is definitely the apartment with the most traditional character. Beautiful skylights illuminate the whole dining room and kitchen area. The living room gets ample light from the traditional oriel windows that overlook the main old town agora and the Metropolis church. A wooden staircase leads up to the loft bedroom where there is access to a roof garden.
