Villa Alea Villa Alea 160 m2 is built on two levels. It has three bedrooms and can host up to six individuals. On the ground room there is a lounge with fireplace, a dinnig room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom with two single beds has a direct access to the private swimming pool and the garden. The wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite wc bath, and also a decor, with details that lend them particular colour and atmosphere. The High Aesthetics is also reflected on the exterior premises of the villa, in the swimming pool in the lush garden with the olive trees, the bougainvilleas and other fruit-bearing trees, where you will offer yourself moments of relaxation. Villa Okalia Villa Okalia is built on two levels. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite wc bath, one spare bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a lounge with the fireplace, the dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a bathroom. The stone walls are combined harmoniously with the wooden elements and the spaces acquire a refined country atmosphere. All bedrooms have balconies and verandas with the view of the sea and mountain. In the exterior space the covered pergolas, the wooden deck chairs, the patios, the rich variety of flowers and the stone-built private swimming-pool ensure you moments of relaxation. The villa is 160m2 and hosts up to six individuals.
