Overview
The recently built Villa Geropotamos is situated amongst olive groves, about 20 km East of the town of Rethymno, 7 km from the village of Panormo and 4 km from Ageliana, in the area of Latzimas. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 5.5 km away. There is a good selection of tavernas, traditional coffee shops and a variety of gift shops in the local area, in the near villages.
Geropotamos maisonette style Villa is set within large grounds (1000 m2) and is 100 m2 in size, perfectly suitable for up to 6 people, with three bedrooms and a private swimming pool of 25 m2. On the ground floor there is a welcoming and comfortable living room with sofas, a corner fireplace, attractive dining area, satellite TV, and just off this a fully equipped modern kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and a full cooker.
Next to the kitchenette, there is a small shower/WC which also houses the washing machine and an iron/ironing board. There is a double bedroom on this floor, with a beautiful wrought iron double bed, and a wardrobe. Upstairs on the first floor there are a further two bedrooms each with elegant wrought iron twin beds, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower attachment and wc.
The twin bedrooms also share a balcony equipped with bamboo furniture. The villa has four air conditioning units, a private swimming pool of 25 m2 and stylish furniture, including umbrellas, sunbeds and patio chairs, and a portable BBQ, three spacious sun verandas with lovely views.
