On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom.
 
The balconies of the bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the always calm bay.
 
On the lower floor there is the kitchen and the dinning area. There is also a big living room area with a fireplace and a WC. The level of this floor is about 2.2 m from sea level. From there, you can go outside to the nice back garden, right in front of the sea!
