There are 9 studio units and 24 two-room apartments. Each studio (one-room unit accommodating 2 persons max) includes a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, two single beds, dinning area, bathroom with shower and WC,safe and air-conditioning at extra charge, and balcony with table and chairs.

The 24 two-room apartments (4 persons max) are comprised of a common area with a kitchenette with 2 hotplates fridge dining area and two couches.
