The Complex consists of 46 very comfortable furnished Apartments. There are 4 different types of Apartments.

All the Apartments offer a Balcony with outdoor table and chairs. A Kitchen niche fully equipped with a Kitchen top and oven, Refrigerator and a commons. Bathroom with WC and Shower. Telephone with a direct external line and Room Radio with 2 different Music Programs. Infantile Beds are available upon request.

APARTMENT TYPES:

Studios for 2 - 3 persons: A1/3 2-room Apartments with a Bedroom and a Sitting Room ( up to 3 persons ). A1/4 2-room Apartments with a Bedroom and a Sitting Room ( up to 4 persons ). A2/5 3-room Apartments with two Bedrooms and a Sitting Room ( up to 5 persons ).
