Ideal for every type of traveler, in Villa Elite you will find different types of rooms to cover your needs. The natural sun light combined with our minimal decoration will give you the sense of relaxation, the natural essence of Villa Elite.

Any of our different types of rooms you chose the sense of tradition and tranquility remains the same. Either you chose a studio with view by the pool, or a split level apartment with traditional architecture, or a maisonette (duplex apartment) with immediate access to the pool and view, or an apartment with magnificent view and separate bedroom and living room -for more demanding clients.

The choice is yours! However, if you have difficulty to chose which room is the ideal for you, we will provide you help in order to find the right one for your needs.

Studio

30 square meters ~ 2 people (maximum)

This room contains a double bed and in combination with the dinning room and the kitchen provides you all the necessary comforts. Enjoy the view of the sea or the pool from your veranda.

Split level apartment

35 square meters ~ 3 people (maximum)

The most figurative feature of this room is the wooden stair that leads to the bedroom, which lies in the traditional wooden loft. The living room, the kitchen and the dinning room offer more comforts that are necessary to make this room even more unique. The furnished veranda will add to the essence of serenity provided by this apartment. Ideal for couples or a group of friends.

Maisonette

43 square meters ~ 4 people (maximum)

Your stay in this apartment will make you feel like being in your own private home. Entering the apartment you will first see the living room and the dinning room and you will be leaded to the furnished veranda, which provides view of the

pool and Hersonissos Harbor. Getting downstairs a cool bedroom will be waiting you with a comfortable double bed. From this floor you have immediate access to the pool. Ideal for couples, families with children or a group of friends.

Apartment with view to the sea

45 square meters~ 4 people (maximum)

This apartment is the best option for a comfortable stay either for a couple, or a group of friends, or a family with children. Veranda with spectacular view of the Cretan Sea and Hersonissos Harbor. Spacious and unique bedroom with a double bed. Living room with a large sofa-bed. In the 45 s.m. of this apartment you will be provided with all the comfort you need.

Location

Koutouloufari, with 600 residents, is 27 kilometers east of Heraklion and is built in 100 meters elevation in the hillside of Mountain Pirgia. It is less than 1 kilometer away from Hersonissos.

Koutouloufari with it's paved alleys and the old Cretan houses , is one of the most touristic places in Crete, providing many possibilities in entertainment, tourist attractions and activities. It also provides a variety of beautiful beaches to chose.

Your stay in Koutouloufari will provide you a peaceful and traditional environment and a breathtaking and unique view of the Cretan Sea. You will be amazed with the beautiful old stone-built houses, their arches and their inner courtyards. You will walk the cobblestones or down the street that leads through the olive hills . What is more, on Cretan Nights you will be able to see Cretans dressed with their traditional costumes.

In Koutouloufari you can also play mini golf in one of the coffee houses, buy souvenirs , newspapers or supplies from the local mini markets.

The easiest and fastest way to attend Villa Elite is by taxi from Heraklion Airport or Heraklion Harbor, for Koutouloufari is only 20 minutes away. If you intend to travel in Crete in order to see all the beautiful landmarks of the island, then the best option is to rent a car with free of charge consignment in Heraklion's Airport or Harbor or in Villa Elite.

Otherwise, you could take the bus from Heraklion to Hersonissos and from there you could get a taxi to Koutouloufari.
