Welcome to Veronica Hotel in Chania, Crete
Veronica hotel, part of the Aggelakis business group, is made up of a total of 35 units (studios and apartments), a large swimming pool, children’s play ground and several other specialized facilities. With its ideal location - just 200 meters from the sandy beach of Agii Apostoli and 4km west of Chania centre and the old Venetian harbor - its structure and range of facilities, trained staff focused on Cretan hospitality ensure a pleasurable stay.

A relaxing atmosphere with the gently play of music from the pool bar and the splashing pool sounds surround Veronica Hotel. Best suited to families, warm and friendly, simple yet professional. Apart from the spacious and functional studio and apartments, we also provide specialized services ( Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, hairdressing salon and more ). Also, within the surrounding area there are several other types of entertainment and activities to be enjoyed. A perfect base from which to explore west Crete from, take day trips and satisfy any interest you may have.

Pool bar/ snack bar
The pool bar/snack bar is open daily from 09:00-23:00 and serves refreshments, snacks, sandwiches etc from an a la carte menu. Sit at the pool bar, alongside the swimming pool and enjoy your refreshment with music playing softly mixed in with the light splashing water sounds - relaxing and rejuvenating!

Swimming pool
The large swimming pool, rectangular in shape is the heart of Veronica Hotel. With a separate shallow area for young children it is just the place for families to spend their time. Sun beds and umbrellas (complimentary for guests) surround the pool area along with the pool bar and its outdoor shaded seating. A most relaxed environment!

Children’s playground
Veronica Hotel’s children’s playground is open daily from 08:30-13:30 and again from 17:30-20:00. This is on a floor level, above the pool and snack bar and is best suited to small children between 2 and 5 years of age. Parents can enjoy a drink or snack in this same area, relaxing while keeping an eye on their children.

Special Treatments

Spa Room where you can enjoy a small hand selected variety of massages such as siatsu or an oil massage (approximate cost is 50 euro per hourly session). These are subject to appointment availability.
Jacuzzi and Sauna at an approximate cost of 5 euro per half hour session for each.
Hairdresser appointments can also be arranged and takes place in Veronica Hotel’s own salon.
Manicure/ pedicure can also be provided in the salon, by appointment only.

Studios
Each studio is an open plan area with twin beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with showers. All studios have a patio and are located on the basement/lower level.

Apartments
Each apartment is made up of a separate bedroom with twin beds and a living area with sofas, a kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. Some apartments are on basement level with patio and others either on the ground or first floor with a balcony.

Location

Area Information
The Agioi Apostoloi village is located 4 km west of Chania; it is a waterfront village with three great sandy beaches, named by a small church called Agioi Apostoloi on the top of the peninsula. The three lovely beaches are formed by the play of the sea with the land; they have clear and shallow waters perfect for swimming, and particularly safe for children. There are also sport facilities and a well-known beach bar, the Inguana. One of the beaches of the Agioi Apostoloi is called the Golden Beach (chrissi akti) due to the incredible colour of the soft sand on the sandy beach.
The sandy beach of Agii Apostoli is just 200 meters from Veronica hotel.Within walking distance you will find the following: local bus stop (with regular busses to Chania centre, tickets cost 0.90 euro cents per person), ATM, mini-market, pharmacy, hairdressing salon, bakery, bookstore, large supermarket, car rental companies, large children’s entertainment centre with bowling, a large children’s toy store, a fun train that takes a small tour around the area (fun for families with young children), a yoga centre, a park/woods (great for jogging), clothing stores, foreign press, taverns, restaurants, cafes and more. In fact, you can even walk to Chania centre and old town from Veronica Hotel (about 4 km). Please speak to us at the reception and we’ll point you in the right direction.
