The corridors which are floored with wooden floors have carpet runners, which reduces the noise of guests walking to their rooms so those who are already sleeping are not disturbed.

Hydra is a small rocky island in the Argo-Saronic Gulf, south east out of the Athens port of Piraeus.

It is very cosmopolitan, safe and one of the easiest of the Greek islands to get to. Best of all it is a preserved national monument and has retained all its charm and quaintness.

The journey from Athens International Airport to the port of Piraeus takes maximum one hour by using the brand-new Athens subway metro.

A hydrofoil journey from Piraeus to Hydra takes between 1 – 1.5 hours depending upon whether a stop is made at the island of Poros on the way.
