In the picturesque island of Skopelos in a distance of about 150 from the port and 500m from the town of Skopelos you can find the new-built, traditional and furnished EVLALIAS Apartments.
They are built among a green olive grove of about 1000m2 on Ampeliki site, which provides all our customers a shadow, cool and relaxing enviroment. In the olive grove there are two comfortable barbecues and traditional ovens. Further more the beautiful season flowers in our gardens reminds the visitors a paradise place.
There is also private parking.

All rooms have air-condition, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a television. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is hot water 24 hours a day provided by a solar heater. Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days and there is plenty of private room for parking.

The newly built studios are combining local architecture with the insularity of Skopelos, with particular emphasis on the comfort of our guests.
The interior, with a modern style can accommodate 2-3 adults offering a quiet and restful island's sleep in their comfortable beds, with anatomic layers.
Their well-equipped kitchen can meet your needs for breakfast and lunch or dinner preparation.
The spacious bathroom has a shower and the hair dryer in a clean environment responsibly for your convenience.
The large veranda has wooden chairs and table navy type and is ready to give you best memories and relaxation with breathtaking views of the town of Skopelos and the sea.

It consists of ground floor studios and apartments.
Studios are only double, with fully equipped kitchen.
Apartments have 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kouzina. They may accommodate up to 4 people and are ideal for families, couples and groups filon. They have verandas and balconies with views of the country and the sea.
