The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with a common bathroom. On the upper floor is the living room, featuring a big veranda overlooking the enchanting sunset of the Ionian Sea. It also has a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, freezer, glassware, pans, china, and cutlery) and a big WC with washing machine.
