Limnos View Apartments is a small complex of thirteen fully equipped apartments and is located  very close to the beautiful beach of Agios- Ioannis in Kaspakas. It was built with love and taste, manufactured from natural materials– stone and wood-, offering our guests a sense of warmth and family hospitality.

TRADITIONAL BREAKFAST

Every day we prepare for you rich traditional breakfast, with products mainly manufactured by us. Enjoy fresh eggs, traditional cheeses , pies , fresh fruit and many other delicacies relaxing by our wonderful views.

Limnos View Apartments, recently fully renovated (May 2015), has ten rooms and three studios.

All the rooms and studios  have beautiful sea view balconies.

Rooms 

The rooms are spacious enough, so we can provide you with an extra chair bed for a third person accommodation upon request.

Studios

The studios are located at the upper floors of Limnos View Apartments complex and consist of three rooms (living-room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and an additional WC into the bedroom). The studios  are ideal for a family or a group of friends. All of them have a fully equipment kitchen as well as hobs, two air- conditioners, a living-room with an armchair and a wardrobe and also two balconies with a unique sea view.

Limnos View Apartments is built on a hill,  at a 300m distance from the picturesque beach of Agios-Ioannis in Kaspakas, at a 6 kilometer distance from Myrina. It is a perfect choice for those who prefer a quiet and traditional residence for their vacation, ideal for families who want to spend relaxing moments at a pleasant environment. Agios-Ioannis beach is a sandy and pebble one with clear and shallow waters, perfect for children.  There, you can find taverns, a park for children, minimarket, cafés and snack- bars. The distances are very small, so you can move by bikes. If you love the nature and the adventure, you will be fascinated from the impressive landscape. Because of the gushing waters that fall from a high of 15 meters, the region is called Kremasta Nera. The fall of water has shaped various widenings with small lakes, a perfect shelter for frogs, crabs, turtles and eels. The best season for a visit is spring.
