SIMEON Hotel is located some 80 steps away from the sparkling waters of the Aegean Sea in a picturesque neighbourhood of Metamorfosi, the very heart of Halkidiki Peninsula, which looks like the mythical trident of Poseidon. According to the mythology, it was that Titans, opponents of Olympian Gods, lived here. One of the peninsula, Agion Oros (Athos) is named after one of the Titans. Sithonia, the middle prong of the trident was named after one of the sons of Poseidon, the God of the Sea. Kassandra, the westernmost prong of Halkidiki, was so called after King Kassandros, the successor to Alexander the Great.
