Villa Kazazis is located in the traditional fishing village of Lygia at a distance of 5 km from the town of Lefkas and 12 km from Nydri. It is in an ideal location, 100 m away from the main road of Lygia in a quiet area without any noises.

The villa is comprised of 2 buildings and it includes 4 studios for 1-3 people, 1 studio for 1-4 people, 3 maisonettes for 1-4 people, 2 big apartments for 1-4 people and 6 smaller apartments for 1-4 people.

There is also a swimming pool, 130 m2 in the center of the garden surrounded by olive trees and a pool bar open from the morning till late at night, offering drinks, snacks, etc.

The landscape that the hotel is builded is green and the olive-trees around the swimming pool offer their natural beauty in a harmony combination with the grass all over the garden.

Studios: Suitable for 1-3 persons (there is also a studio for 1-4 persons). One space room with a bedroom with 2 single beds (connected) and a living room with a sofa that becomes a single bed. The room also includes toilet, refrigerator, kitchenette, air-condition and LCD digital TV. All studios are at the ground floor and they have a private balcony with pool view.

Apartments Type A: Suitable for 1-4 persons. 2-room apartment with a private bedroom with 2 single beds (connected) and a living room with 2 sofas that become 2 single beds. The apartment also includes toilet, refrigerator, kitchenette, air-condition and LCD digital TV. Some of the Apartments -Type A are at the ground floor and the rest are at the 1st floor. They all have a private balcony with pool view.

Apartments Type B (Maisonettes): Suitable for 1-4 persons. Maizonettes are divided into 2 floors. At the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas that become 2 single beds and the kitchen, while at the first floor there is a private bedroom with 2 single beds (connected) and the toilet. The apartment also includes refrigerator, kitchenette, air-condition and LCD digital TV. All maizonettes have 2 private balconies with pool view.

Apartments Type C: Suitable for 1-4 persons. 2-room apartment with a private bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with 2 sofas that become 2 single beds. The apartment also includes toilet with bath, refrigerator,kitchenette & a small oven, air-condition and LCD digital TV. Apartments -Type C are at the 1st floor and they have 2 private balconies with pool view.

Villa Kazazis is located in a very quite place 100 m away from the main road of Lygia village in Lefkas and 200 m away from the local beach of Lygia. Lygia is only 5 kilometers away from the town of Lefkas, and even though it is almost a suburb of Lefkas town, this area has recently developed into a self-contained village.
