Kavos is the port of Lefkimmi. It’s the last village of south Corfu and a developed tourist resort. Kavos is on the southern tip of the island, 30 miles south of the airport. Flat, and with a 5 mile stretch of sandy beach.  Very shallow water provides a safe haven for children swimming and with the day time spent on the sandy beach there is plenty of choice of mini markets and souvenir shops to provide you with a break.
