All the rooms are spacious, luminous, have single comfortable beds, with blankets and curtains in cheerful colors, modern decoration in frugal lines and many facilities, in order to offer you an unforgettable vacation’s experience.

The view from the big rooms’ balconies is magic. Most rooms have a view in the immense light blue sea and somebody less, in the garden, in the swimming-pool or in piny side.

Studios and apartments have the privilege of autonomy. They have a kitchenette, fridge, solar heater for abundant hot water and air conditioner that is regulated from each customer, according to his needs.

Hotel ZIAKIS is built in the southern point of island of Rhodes, in a mountainside, above the village Pefkos, with view to all the southern part of Rhodes, the around villages, the gulfs and the beautiful beaches of Lardos and Pefkos. Pefkos has a beautiful gulf, a fantastic beach with clean, yellow and clams sand and total blue and heat sea. The place has his own life, with small, beautiful, new lodgings, modern market, sic restaurants, traditional Greek taverns, musical bars and disco. In the beach are rented umbrellas and equipment for sea sport. Quiet but no isolated, the village Pefkos, in one of the famous tourist islands of Greece, offers all the services for fantastic holidays.

The beach "Kavos" abstains 800 meters from the hotel. The centre of village Pefkos is hardly one kilometre distance, as long as a small downhill walk 15 minutes.

If you love ancient monuments you will be impressed from Lindos’ Citadel near the hotel or "the valley with the butterflies" for whose love nature.

Twenty minutes from the hotel, 38km from Pefkos, (92km from the city of Rhodes), is found Prasonisi; a small island, accessible pedestrian or swimming, depending on the time and the level of water. It is ideal for those who love windserfing. There is available equipment for rent and a windsurfing school. The Eastern beach of Prasonisi is always, calm and ideal for swimming. Shops and taverns, supplement a holidays’ magic picture.
