The Paraktio offers modern apartments and studios (for 4 and 2 persons) that are furnished and fully equipped with household utensils, air conditioning, satellite TV, in house music channel, hairdryer, safety deposit box. All studios and apartments are equipped with domestic equipment, sheets and towels. All with panoramic sea view, just a few steps away from the beach. It is an excellent complex with beach apartments, studios.

The 2 persons studios have a small kitchen, WC with shower and a bedroom with access to a very spacious sea view veranda with trees.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and have a kitchen, WC with shower,a living room with 2 sofa-beds. A wooden staircase leads to an open floor with a double bed. From their balconies you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

On the ground floor there is a small cafe that operates as a reception and information desk. The guests can enjoy their breakfast or simply a refreshing beverage there. Furthermore, guests may use the parking area free of charge.
