Traditional Island Home is located in the tranquil neighborhood of Katavati (suburb of Apollonia-main town) 500 meters from the central square of Apollonia, accessible only through the flagstone footpaths. This historic house is a 19th century residence, which was originally built as the first school and has preserved its authenticity due to its thick stone walls, wooden beam floors and high beam ceilings, yet has now been equipped with all the comforts of a modern home.

The House is composed of the Main house and a separate Guest room that in total can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

The Main House has three bedrooms (two of which have double beds and one with bunk beds, suitable for children), two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, oven, etc) and a second small kitchenette and one bathroom. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there is a TV in the main bedroom. The house has a veranda with a panoramic village view, as well as two courtyards with garden and a large outdoor traditional stone oven.

In addition to the Main house there is also a separate Guest room with two single beds and an exterior bathroom (which can also be used for the help personnel).

The house is equipped with a washing machine, while laundry service can be provided upon request. Pets are welcome.

The Traditional Island Home is accessible by pedestrian footpath or scooter only as there are no roads for cars in the old villages. The nearest car road is 300 m. away as well as the bus stop, restaurants and shops.
