A sand- and pebble-covered beach lies just beneath the studios.Privileged with a breathtaking view towards the sea and the newly built Plakias harbour –which was completed in 2009, Joanna Studios Plakias is proud of its unique peaceful location.Shops and restaurants are to be found within an easily walking distance though. The central Plakias beach is only a 15 minute walk away.

Joanna Studios consists of 5 studios suitable for 2-3 persons each. All studios are at ground level and have a wonderful sea view. They are all equipped with fridge, TV, equipped kitchen, WC/shower, balcony and air conditioner. Additionally 2 apartments each for 6 persons are available.

The studios in Plakias were renovated in 2010 and the furniture, including beds, tables, chairs, is new.

Joanna Studios is situated just a few kilometers away from the beautiful beaches Souda, Damnoni, Ammoudi, Shinaria and Preveli with its renowned monastery. Rethymno city and Chania airport are easily accessible (32 km and 100km respectively).
