Cancellations:
Cancellation Free of penalty will be accepted if notified 48 hours ( by 12:oopm local time) prior to arrival with exception for period listed below.
Late cancellations will incur in a penalty equal to two nights accommodation.
Exceptions:
1) 16/07/10 - 26/08/10 - 72 hours prior to arrival (by 12:00pm local time)
2) 25/04/10 - 25/10/10 - All Suites have a 14 days cancellation policy or full charge will apply.
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay will apply as an early departure fee. All changes must be notified 48 hours in advance.
No Show: No show for all rooms will incur in a penalty fee equal to two nights accommodation.
No shows for all suites will incur in a penalty fee equal to whole stay.
