For the lovers of Italian cuisine, an Italian theme restaurant operates every evening, while meat lovers are worth seeing the "Payot Bucher Bar", a specialized theme restaurant in meat’s secrets. Those wishing to dine by the sea can choose our award-winning restaurant "Bellevue", which offers high culinary creations, or the sea-front "On the Rocks Grill", which offers BBQ flavors, salads and Greek appetizers.
All our recipes have been edited by the award-winning chef with 2 Michelin stars, Mr. Yves Mattagne. The famous Belgian Chef, guides our food departments and has exclusively compiled the menu of our "Bellevue" restaurant. Combine a wine from our unique collection with every dish in our restaurants and enjoy a different culinary experience every day.
Don't miss the chance to enjoy our unique fresh fish, lobster and seafood platters! Place your orders every day at our Guest Services desk, outside the "Mosaic" All Day Dining! If you wish to enjoy a specific fish or seafood, please let us know in advance so that we can order it from our fisherman.

Late arrivals policy:
If your arrival time is after 21:30 and you wish to dine, we can prepare a fish or meat meal for you at an extra charge. Our hotel provides free sandwiches to all our guests who arrive at our resort after the closure of our restaurants. In case you wish a gluten-free sandwich, kindly contact us in advance.
