couples looking for serenity & romance, and due to the fact
that the hotel is located at the caldera (on the cliff), children under
the age of 12 years old are discouraged.

Payment Policy:
Upon confirming the reservation we request a 30% non
refundable deposit
Cancellation policy:
* 15 - 20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged
* 7 - 14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be charged
* 1 - 6 days before arrival 100% of the saty will be charged.
Non-show or departure prior to original departure date results in 100%
charge of the stay.
